Promoting Eye Care Amongst Employees

​An Eye Care Awareness Camp was organized by Optometrists from the Health Care Specialist Clinic on the premises of Mahe Shipping offering free screenings to employees, with the aim to strengthen health promotion and consequently raise awareness on eye care. The Health Care Specialist Clinic had similarly conducted the same exercise at a variety of organizations around the country.
 
This provided all interested with the opportunity to get their vision tested for free and contribute to a better understanding of the importance of routine eye examinations for the early detection of eye ailments. As a company, the aim of participating in such camp was to promote the health and fitness of its employees, by providing employees with the status of their eyesight.
