Mahe Shipping Team Building Event – Sports Day

​Mahe Shipping Company Ltd held it’s first ever Sports Day, at the NSC hall on Saturday 25th March, 2023. The event comprised of various team competitive sports activities, as well as individual sports activities. These were volleyball, basketball, football, tug of war, egg and spoon, sack race, three-legged race and domino.

This was an ideal occasion to bring all employees together, whereby the different houses were picked at random for some friendly competition. The four houses were named after different vessels and cruise ship liners; i.e. High Freedom, Costa, MSC Orchestra and Silver Whisperer, with High Freedom being the winning team.

The main objective of the event was to foster camaraderie and strengthen team spirit, which will contribute to boosting a positive work culture and consequently benefiting the company as a whole. It was also an opportunity to promote good health and exercise.
