Mahe Shipping and Emirates discuss opportunities for bolstering its working relationship

​Mahe Shipping representatives met with a high-level delegation from Emirates airline to discuss opportunities to bolster its working relationship.
 
In a meeting which was held on Thursday 5th September 2024, the two parties explored potential for developing cargo import and export opportunities to and from Antananarivo, Madagascar following Emirates' launching of 4 flights per week to Madagascar, via Seychelles. The delegation additionally discussed the possibility of offering better cargo rates and shorter transit times of cargo partially via sea, then air under new arrangements with Emirates.
